I have worked in financial adviser firm operations for more than 20 years and am a great believer in good systems and processes being the foundation of any business, no matter how small.

I founded Organised You in April 2015, originally as a virtual assistant business with the goal of allowing me to work flexibly around my children. Since then we’ve grown to a team of nine, and have provided flexibility, organisation and reduced costs to over 40 firms and individuals, and have focussed our services on support to Financial Adviser firms.

I love the variety of what we do at Organised You and I am proud to be able to help other small businesses grow, whilst enabling other working parents to do what they are good at in an environment that is flexible and supportive. The team and I would be thrilled to help your business in any way we can.
