What We Provide
We provide one to one, dedicated support to financial advisers and adviser firms based across the UK. Our clients include networked and directly authorised firms, and we are happy to consider working with any adviser firm that needs our services.
Our support is flexible and provided on an ‘as and when you need us’ basis, but can also be provided for set days and times on a committed basis if required.
The team are all experienced administrators, with different areas of strength and expertise and we will always try to provide an administrator best suited to your needs and the work required. We are office based, which means we can share our combined industry experience and knowledge to ensure that you get the best possible support no matter how little administration help you need.
Should you choose to work with us, we will liaise with you to set up a secure method of sharing work and assigning tasks between yourself and your administrator. Our most frequent approach is via OneDrive or Sharepoint access for client files and, and via appropriate CRMS for client data. We also use of systems such as Monday for task monitoring if required.
