What Our Clients Say

“I have been working with Georgina for over a year now, and she has been excellent. She’s efficient, helpful, thorough and reliable. She communicates on time and always outlines clear timelines to complete a job and is very capable at her job, and if she doesn’t know, she’ll be proactive and ask someone. I’ve been very impressed with her work”

“Karlene and her Team have provided a mixture of Compliance Support and Admin Services to us for the last 5 years and I can honestly say that she is by far the best Compliance specialist I have worked with in my 30+ year career. She is very practical, straightforward and knowledgeable as well as being passionate about what she does to the best of her ability. Karlene reviewed all of our compliance systems and documents and took away a lot of the stress of what is an extremely important part of any financial services business. Their Admin Services also allowed us to enhance our review process to ensure clients receive the annual reviews required in good time which improved our overall client proposition. I would happily recommend them to any IFA business”

"Organised You has lived up to its name. Working with Karlene and Catherine has been a pleasure and Shimmin Communications has benefited from numerous helpful activities such as the design of an online system helping me maximise my engagement with clients across a complex coaching and consultancy schedule. Catherine is invaluable in keeping me to task so that the important as well as urgent stuff gets done. I can recommend you get organised by working with Organised You. "

"Since I started working with Karlene & Jo a couple of months ago I have already seen the benefits. Jo has helped my organisation and is really fantastic on detail which frees time to develop fantastic client solutions. Karlene is brilliant at high level planning and is great at suggesting more efficient processes."
James BarlexJB Wealth
“We established our business in 2016 and Karlene was there from the start helping us with regulation and recruitment, making sure we considered every issue thoroughly. Today, Karlene and her team at OrganisedYou make running our business more streamlined and efficient. Keeping up with compliance matters is time consuming and we find our time is better used focusing on our clients and advisers, something we would do far less well without external support. We have every confidence in Karlene and the team and take her lead during our regular update calls. Wouldn’t want to do this without her."
Simon HillsBrunswick International Finance Ltd
"I have worked with “Organised You” for 3 years now and they have been a great support to our business. Karlene and her team have made a huge difference to our efficiency and admin processes!"
Steve MacLeodCobalt Asset Management LLP
“Karlene knows about business finance and accounts. Her experience using QuickBooks has been invaluable to the Ormiston Trust as we streamline and improve our Finance systems and our overall strategy. The fact that she is friendly, efficient and easy to work with is an added bonus!”

"Having worked with Karlene previously at FTRC, I’ve watched her company, Organised You, successfully grow over the past few years. I recently referred an IFA client who was looking for a process and support review to Organised You as it was an ideal fit for both her business and location. Karlene immediately understood the client’s requirements and she personally delivered the work to a high standard and within the requested timescales while keeping me up to date with progress. Karlene is exceptionally well organised and knowledgeable about the sector. It is a pleasure to deal with her both professionally and personally and look forward to working with her further in the future."

"It is just over a year since Organised You started helping JG Financial Services with our administrative work and it has made a tremendous difference to the business. The team and in particular Jo, have been excellent and from a business with backlogs of paperwork to complete, we are now in a position where we can concentrate on reviewing our existing clients and generating new business, knowing that the administrative work is in good hands. Jo is hard working and willingly takes on any task, which she completes professionally and thoroughly. It is always a pleasure to speak with Jo and Karlene and they have really helped to organise our business so that we can continue to succeed."
Geoff Stewart (Dip FA) JG Financial Services
"Karlene was referred to us by a mutual connection, as we required help with documenting and reviewing our existing processes. Her experience in the financial services industry, together with her focus on efficiency and logical processes, has meant she is perfectly placed to deliver what we needed. Karlene's warm and personable nature also makes it a pleasure to work with her. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to improve their administration and back office functions."
Lance Baron Tucana
"Working with Jo has been a breath of fresh air. She saves me lot of time, about 2 hours for each client review. I am kept up to date and she does everything punctually. It's a great working relationship which has reduced my stress levels considerably and she has a good sense of humour too. My only regret is that I wish I had started working with someone like Jo and Organised You sooner!"

“Organised You has transformed the way I handle financial administration! Their team brings remarkable efficiency and attention to detail, making processes I use to dread now feel seamless. With their support, I no longer worry about deadlines or missed paperwork—they ensure everything is done accurately and on time. Their dedication to client satisfaction and their proactive approach to problem-solving have truly helped me stay on top of my administration requirements allowing me to focus on growing the business. I couldn’t ask for better support and would be lost without them”

“Georgina is great at keeping me on track. She has taken loads of work off of my place and I’m keen to know what other services OY offer to help me to continue to grow my business”
